Adult Judo
This Olympic Sport encourages flexibility and movement skills throwing techniques & floor work. It teaches discipline, respect for other people and builds self confidence in a safe in a fully supervised environment.
Climbing Beginners
If you want to start using the Climibing Wall independently and you need to learn to climb then these sessions are for you.
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method which focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, but does not build bulk. It involves concentration, and the co-ordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance mind and body
Zumba
Think J-Lo, carnival and hot Latin vibes – Zumba is the latest craze sweeping the nation and is a fun new way to work out combining dance with toning and aerobic exercises. This class has a maximum of 35 spaces.
Circuits
An energetic and highly effective full body workout, where team work and individual sections challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. This class has a maximum of 60 spaces.
Gym Induction
Introduction to training, identifying health and safety issues and best training technique's. Each induction has a maximum of 8 spaces.
Spin
A group cycling class to music. With static bikes offering varied resistance allowing you to adjust the resistance to your fitness needs. Getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun
