Fun with Floats
Looking for something to keep the children entertained over half term then why not enjoy our 60min fun packed float session for all the family in our 25m swimming pool. We will have floats, balls, noodles, and toys for everyone to enjoy and interact with.

The baseline, coached HYROX session takes place daily, consisting of an introduction to the session, before warming up and commencing the workout.
